Because each piece is custom-printed and always approved by the Client before going to press, we cannot accept returns. We will be sure to get everything right and up to your standards throughout our proof process.
Custom desgined paper orders cancelled before digital proofs have been emailed to the Client will be refunded in full.
Custom desgined paper orders cancelled after digital proofs have been emailed to the Client will be subject to a fee of $300. Also, additional design customizations completed prior to order cancellation will be billed at our hourly rate of $150.
Design Your Own orders cancelled after digital proofs have been approved for production will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the production status of the order.
